WHAT OUR KIDS NEED MOST FROM US

KNOWING  GOD  IN  AGE-APPROPRIATE  WAYS

Acquiring Meaningful Life Skills

These life skills are what childing is all about.  If left to their own, what would children know about how to live life to the fullest and to get their real needs met in meaningful, dependable ways, much less know how best to relate to all others?  These are the skills that are to be learned, tested out, enhanced, understood, explored, owned, appreciated, and shared freely and lovingly within the loving environment of a caring, Christian, home.  That’s what you want for each of them and what you hope other parents want for theirs as well.  What a beautiful world can be created by such parenting.  Think of a world in which all relate out of the same attitudes created by meaningful exercising of life-skills. 

I have chosen a few selected skills for your consideration.  Add to the list as you will, for a true list would be open to additions and modifications over a life-time.  ..continued...
